Overview
These terms govern the relationship between you and Logan and Greys whenever you use this website or place an order. By browsing the site or completing a purchase, you accept these terms in full.
Delivery and returns
Our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy both form part of these terms. Please read them alongside this page, as they set out the deadlines and conditions that apply to delivery and to returning goods.
Using our store
You must be old enough to enter a legally binding contract in order to place an order with us. You are also responsible for making sure that any information you give us, including your name, address and payment details, is accurate and kept up to date.
Our products
We take care to represent our products accurately, but colours and finishes can appear differently depending on your screen and its settings. Product descriptions, specifications and images may be updated from time to time to correct errors or reflect changes.
Changes to products and prices
We may change prices, add or remove products, and withdraw items from sale at any time without notice. None of that affects an order we have already accepted: the price and product details confirmed at the time of acceptance are the ones that apply to your order.
How an order is formed
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract between you and us is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline any order, for example because an item is out of stock, because we cannot verify your payment, or because the order exceeds a reasonable quantity per customer or household during periods of limited stock. If we decline an order, any payment taken will be refunded in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP, USD or AUD depending on your delivery country. All prices include VAT and no tax is added at checkout. Payment is taken when the order is placed, using whichever method you select at checkout.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error, we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will contact you before proceeding and you may choose to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
Using the site properly
You may use this site only for lawful purposes. In particular, you must not:
- use it to transmit unsolicited commercial messages or any harmful, offensive or misleading content
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems
- copy, scrape or systematically extract content or data for commercial purposes
- do anything that disrupts or damages the site or the experience of other users
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, design and code, belongs to Logan and Greys or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you may not reproduce, distribute or use the content commercially without our written permission.
Third-party links
This site may contain links to third-party websites or include tools provided by third parties. Those sites and tools are outside our control, and we make no representation about their content, accuracy or availability. Any third-party tool on this site is offered as it is, without warranty from us.
Reviews and anything you send us
When you send us a review, comment, photograph, idea or other content, you keep ownership of what you have created. By sending it to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce and adapt it for any purpose connected with our business, without payment to you.
We are not obliged to publish anything you send, and we are not obliged to treat it as confidential. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, inaccurate or otherwise inappropriate, at our discretion.
Limits of our responsibility
We do not limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any matter where it would be unlawful to do so. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Subject to the above, we are not liable for losses that were not a foreseeable consequence of our actions, for business losses, or for indirect or consequential losses of any kind.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for failing to meet our obligations where that failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, industrial action, failures of third-party infrastructure, or government restrictions. Where such an event affects your order, we will contact you as soon as we reasonably can.
If you cause us a loss
If your breach of these terms or of the law causes a third party to bring a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable and directly resulting costs, losses and expenses we incur as a consequence. This applies only to losses directly caused by your own breach, not to losses we would have faced in any event.
Suspending or ending access
We may suspend or remove your access to the site if you breach these terms, use the site unlawfully, or behave in a way that could harm us or other users. Any order already accepted before access is suspended remains subject to these terms and will be fulfilled or handled in the usual way.
These terms as a whole
These terms, together with our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy, make up the whole agreement between you and us. They replace any earlier drafts, correspondence or conversations on the same subjects. Nothing in this clause limits our liability for anything said or represented fraudulently, and nothing overrides your statutory rights as a consumer.
If part of these terms does not apply
If any clause in these terms is found to be unenforceable, that clause is severed and the rest of the terms continue in full force.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in place when you place an order is the version that governs that order. We recommend checking this page before purchasing if some time has passed since your last visit.
