About Us

Clothes for the week you actually have

Logan and Greys is a small online clothing and footwear shop. We work out of a warehouse on the Kleine Veenkade in The Hague and sell mostly to customers in the United Kingdom, with the United States and Australia added later once people kept asking. There's no shop window. Just rails, boxes, a printer that jams on Mondays, and a team that packs every order by hand.

How we got here

We didn't start as Logan and Greys. The first version of this shop sold louder things: graphic tees, cargo trousers, oversized jackets, a lot of black. It did fine. But when we read the messages coming in, they weren't about the loud pieces. They were about the plain knit someone wore three days running, the maxi dress that got a second outing at a wedding, the loafers a customer said she'd bought twice because the first pair "went everywhere with me".

So we followed that. Over a couple of seasons the range shifted towards clothes people reach for without thinking: dresses that work for a wedding guest and a Tuesday, shirts with a bit of structure, trousers with a proper waist, shoes you can stand in for a full day. The name changed with it. Logan and Greys felt steadier than what came before, and that's the point.

What we sell, and why it's not more

Women's dresses, blazers and knitwear, men's shirts, trousers and sweaters, and footwear for both. Sizes run from S to 3XL on most styles and every product page has a size guide in UK measurements, because guessing is how returns happen.

We keep the range deliberately short. Each new style goes through the same boring routine before it's listed: we order it, try it on a few different bodies, check the seams and the lining, and only then photograph it. If a fabric feels thinner than the sample promised, it doesn't go up. That filter means we say no to more than we say yes to, and it means the site changes slowly rather than every week.

The practical bits

Orders are processed Monday to Friday within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery takes 4 to 7 business days after that. Shipping is free to the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia on every order, with no minimum. Prices are shown in GBP, USD or AUD depending on where you're shopping from and include VAT, so the number you see at checkout is the number you pay us. Customers in the US and Australia may be asked for import duties by their own authorities, which we don't collect.

If something doesn't fit, you have 14 days from delivery to send it back under our return policy. Change-of-mind returns are at your own postage cost; faulty items are sorted at ours. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 days of us approving the return.

Who you're dealing with

The shop is run from The Hague in the Netherlands. A small customer service team answers email and the phone Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 GMT, closed Saturday and Sunday, and aims to reply within 24 hours. We'd rather you write to us before an order than after a return, so if you're unsure about a size or a fabric, ask. We know the stock.

Thanks for shopping with a small company. It matters more than you'd think.
