Prices and tax

Prices on the site are shown in GBP for the United Kingdom, USD for the United States and AUD for Australia. All prices include VAT. There is no VAT or tax added at checkout, and delivery is free, so the price you see is the price you pay us. Orders to the United States or Australia may attract import duties or taxes charged by the destination country, which are payable by the recipient.

Failed payments

If your payment is declined, your order will not be placed and no charge will be made. Please check your card details or try an alternative payment method. If the problem continues, your bank or payment provider is the right first port of call.

When you are charged

Your card or payment method is charged when you place your order, not when it is dispatched. By completing checkout you authorise us to take the full payment at that point.

No subscriptions

Logan and Greys does not operate any subscription or recurring billing. Every order is a single, one-off transaction.
